Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using GH Pilot ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description

GH Pilot is an AI-powered plugin for Grasshopper (Rhino 3D) that generates parametric definitions from natural language descriptions. The Service includes a Grasshopper plugin and cloud-based AI backend.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

• The free tier includes limited AI requests per day.
• Paid plans (Pro) provide higher or unlimited usage. Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider (Polar).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the plugin beyond what is permitted by law.
• Use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
• Abuse the API or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
• Share your account credentials with others.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the AI (code, scripts, component definitions) is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any generated code before use in production. We make no guarantees about the correctness or safety of AI-generated output.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your Grasshopper definitions and any content you create using the Service. The Service itself, including the plugin and backend, remains the property of GH Pilot.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GH Pilot is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, project errors, or business interruption.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
